You decide what visitors see

Meetings you mark with a word at the start of the title, such as “Internal:”, are never sent to the TV. Otherwise only the title and time are shown, and the room if you turn it on. You can also hide the meeting list and keep the welcome. The calendar syncs without AI, and the titles only go to the AI assistant when you write to it. Read the data processing agreement.

How to get an info screen in 30 seconds

  1. 1. Say where the screen is

    Type the name of your business, its address or your website. We find the place, and if you have a website, we use its logo and colors.

  2. 2. See your screen

    In 30 seconds, you see your finished screen. No sign-up needed.

  3. 3. Connect the TV

    Open tavleo.no/s in the TV’s web browser, or on a PC connected to the TV, and scan the QR code with your phone. No box to buy.

Questions

Does it work with Outlook and Google Calendar?

Yes. Publish the calendar as a link (ICS or webcal) and paste it in. New meetings show up on their own within 15 minutes.

Can Tavleo be used as a meeting room screen?

Yes, to show today’s meetings in the room. Rooms are still booked in the calendar, not on the screen.

How does the welcome work?

Pick a word for client meetings, such as “Client:”. When a meeting title starts with it, for example “Client: Havbakken Bygg,” the screen welcomes Havbakken Bygg by name from 15 minutes before the meeting until it ends.
