Departure board on TV

A departure board on your TV, with more than departures.

The next bus, train and boat from the stops nearest the screen, with times from Entur. And since the board is up there anyway, it can also show what’s on nearby.

You type: Fjordkontoret AS, Hommelvik

Your screen is in Norwegian, and you can add English or German in smaller type. The app also works in English. This example is in portrait; on a regular TV it is shown in landscape.

What the departure board shows

Departures can stay on screen all the time or take turns with the rest of the content.

Next departures
Buses, trains, boats, trams and the metro, in real time where Entur has it.
When there are no more today
The board says so and shows tomorrow’s first departure.
What’s on nearby
Concerts, markets, movies and games.
Notices
A short text or a poster with an end date.
Landscape or portrait
A portrait TV gives a long list; a landscape one leaves room for more.

Why not just an ordinary departure board?

A plain departure board shows departures. Tavleo shows them together with what’s on nearby, the weather and whatever you want to say, and keeps it all up to date by itself.
